Emilie began her journey into the vast knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda in 2008. After attending her first class, she had a deep feeling that Yoga would become an integral part of her life. She quickly became hooked on how yoga made her feel physically, mentally and emotionally. Having been an elementary education teacher, Emilie has a passion for teaching. She knew early on in her yoga practice that she wanted to share these ancient knowings with others. In October of 2009, Emilie joined Jackie Chiodo's Transformational Training Program and received a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification. Along with alignment of the body, Emilie’s classes emphasize connecting the breath with the asanas. Emilie believes that it is an honor to take witness to how a yoga practice and the wisdom of Ayurveda can bring peace and clarity to any individual’s life.

Kelli
is proud to be a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, which she
completed here at Love Yoga Center. Since stepping onto the mat in
2009, Kelli's yoga journey has been an amazing experience. A year
into her practice, Kelli met a teacher at the gym she was attending
that changed her practice. A few months later she arrived at Love
Yoga Center. It was there that the yoga she had been practicing
transformed from being just a physical exercise into an entire mind,
body and life experience. Knowing how greatly this practice affected
her life, Kelli had a strong desire in her heart to share this
practice with others. Kelli's main intention is to uplift and send
you on your way to a better day.

It was love at first class for Sherry—she immediately fell for the peaceful nature of yoga, enjoying its strong movement and calming effects. Sherry is 200-hour certified teacher, having studied the Anusara tradition under the instruction of Betsey Downing and Jaye Martin at Garden of Heart Yoga Center in Sarasota, Florida. Today, she gratefully brings this passion for practice to her students with a heart-centered focus on yoga, following in the tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness and celebrating the beauty that is within all. Her classes (challenging, yet accessible for all levels) emphasize alignment, connecting with the breath, and developing compassion in the studio and in daily life. Sherry’s classes are inspired, introspective and will educate even the most advanced yogi on mindful movement.
