What to Know Before You Arrive
To help create a calm and respectful environment for everyone, we ask that all students observe the following:

Shoes off upon entering the studio.

Phones and personal belongings should be placed in the cubbies before class.

Please arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted once class has begun.

Be respectful and kind to fellow students, teachers, and staff.

Avoid heavy perfume or strong scents out of consideration for others.

For everyone’s safety, the front door may be locked once class begins, or staff is present at the front desk.

All class purchases, memberships, workshops, and events are non‑refundable.

I’m brand new to yoga. Is Love Yoga Center beginner-friendly?
Yes! Many of our students start with no prior yoga experience. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are.
What should I wear to yoga class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily. Shirts required and no undergarments. Bare feet are best—no shoes in the practice room.
What is the best yoga class for beginners?
While we welcome beginners in all our classes make sure you check out our Love Basics, Gentle Flow, and Somatic Yoga. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to help guide you.
How early should I arrive for my first class?
If you’re new, arrive 15 minutes early so we can help you check in, get settled, and answer any questions before class begins.
What should I bring to my first yoga class?
You’re welcome to bring your own mat and props, but we also provide complimentary mats, blocks, straps, water, and iced herbal tea.
Do I need to register ahead of time?
Yes, we encourage all students to register online in advance. Walk‑ins are welcome if space allows.
