Known as the 'Yoga of Awareness', Kundalini Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines to unlock your full potential.

Each class begins with a process of tuning in, creating a connection to the universal energy that surrounds us. This sets a foundation for the transformative practice that follows. Our sessions incorporate a diverse range of techniques – from breathwork (pranayama), which regulates the energy flow through the body, to postures (asana) that strengthen and stretch, enhancing physical vitality.

 

Devotion (bhakti) plays a central role in Kundalini Yoga, opening the heart and cultivating a sense of connectedness. Hand gestures (mudras) and body locks (bandhas) are integrated to direct energy flow and enhance concentration. The use of verbal sound vibrations (mantra) is a powerful tool in Kundalini Yoga, aiding in focusing the mind and elevating the spirit.

 

Each class follows a kriya format – a specific set of exercises that work synergistically to produce a particular effect, whether it’s boosting energy, increasing relaxation, or enhancing focus. This systematic approach ensures that each session is a complete experience, addressing the needs of the body, mind, and soul.

Kundalini Yoga is suitable for a wide range of individuals, from beginners to experienced practitioners. However, we encourage you to communicate with our instructors regarding any health conditions such as pregnancy or vertigo, to ensure a safe and comfortable practice.
