Chair Yoga offers an accessible and supportive way to experience the benefits of yoga from the comfort and stability of a chair. This practice invites students to explore gentle movement, mindful stretching, and strength-building poses that are either performed seated or use the chair as a prop for balance and support during standing postures.

Chair Yoga is ideal for those seeking a slower-paced, therapeutic practice, including individuals with limited mobility, injuries, balance concerns, or anyone looking for a more grounded approach to yoga. Emphasis is placed on moving with awareness, honoring the body’s unique needs, and cultivating ease rather than striving.

Each class also includes guided breath work to support relaxation and nervous system balance, along with a meditation or mindfulness practice to encourage mental clarity, presence, and overall well-being. Props and modifications are offered throughout, making this class welcoming and adaptable for all bodies and all levels of experience.
